Description of Service

SteadyState is a sports science platform that provides recovery scoring, workload monitoring, injury risk analytics, training plan management, and related tools for coaches and athletes. The Service may include free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and limitations.

Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscription & Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Coach & Athlete Relationships

Coaches who invite athletes to their roster on SteadyState will have access to those athletes' training and recovery data within the platform. Athletes may accept or decline coach invitations and may disconnect from a coach at any time. Coaches are responsible for using athlete data appropriately and in accordance with applicable laws and their own organizational policies.
